The entire property is big. A pool is there also.
Overall it is a good option for day-out or one night stay with friends or family.
1) firstly it was not suite, you can get bigger Dlx, or Super Dlx rooms with better facilities within the radius of 50-60km from kolkata,
2) AC was not cooling, we have suffered a lot, may be bcoz of our room on the top floor, and AC was only 1.5ton which was small for 2part room named suite, which is hardly 175sqft.
3) Any order which is simply mineral water or Tea takes more than 40min to reach us , some staffs were also not responding,....many more things to say,...
I just simply asks the management, Go and visit other resorts nearby kolkata, see the rooms, compare with your, facilities and prices, .... I have visited almost each and every resort around 60-70KM of kolkata,
I generally don't review, but this time I was very much dissapointed....
